Implementing a Global Galleria (Present~2005)

Hanwha Galleria has strengthened the competitiveness of its core department store business through the renewal of its Premium Brand Mall in Suwon and Timeworld together with the opening of the Jinju Branch and Galleria Center City complex. Hanwha Galleria is the exclusive marketer in Korea of many high-end premium brands including Goyard and Stefano Ricci, while at the same time, forging ties with leading fashion brands in the US, Japan and Europe and operating independent concept stores through cooperative tie-ups with local and international handcraft artisans. We are also under continuous planning to expand and diversify our businesses in Korea, as reflected in the startup of our deli café business. We are also developing more international fashion businesses, as demonstrated by the opening of our Milan, Italy branch in 2007. All of these domestic and international businesses will serve as stepping stones to enter new markets of the future.
