Ethical Management
Ethical Management Organization
Hanwha Galleria has strengthened its ethical management organization by restructuring its organizational system with the goal of cultivating its employees' moral and ethical awareness and practicing ethical management.
Ethical Norms
The Ethics Charter, as the Code of Ethics of Hanwha Galleria, forms the ideological base of the management philosophy for our employees, customers, the nation, society, suppliers and competitors. The Code of Conduct provides more detailed guidelines, while the Ethical Guidelines for Employees set forth the standards of their conduct. The Ethics Charter, the Code of Conduct and the Ethical Guidelines for Employees together establish the ethical standards to be observed by employees in their business conduct.
